VirtualSky provides a business directory platform. You agree to provide accurate business information and not to misuse the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Listings & Content

You retain ownership of your business information. By submitting a listing, you grant VirtualSky a license to display and promote your listing on our platform. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Elite tier slots are location and category exclusive — if your slot becomes unavailable, you will be offered a full refund or downgrade.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated business profiles are created based on the information you provide. VirtualSky does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of your profile.

Limitation of Liability

VirtualSky is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
