<p>The free plan gives your business a basic listing in the VirtualSky directory with your name, category, location, and contact information. Free listings are searchable in the directory but do not include AI-generated profile pages or priority placement.</p>
<h2>Paid Plans</h2>
<p>Paid plans unlock AI-generated profile pages, which give your business a full, professionally written page optimized for search engines. Paid listings also receive priority placement in search results, making your business more visible to potential customers.</p>
<h2>How Billing Works</h2>
<p>Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our secure payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.</p>
<h2>Promo Codes</h2>
<p>If you have a promo code, you can enter it at checkout when upgrading your plan. Promo codes may provide discounts or extended trial periods. Each promo code has its own terms and expiration date.</p>
<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>If you have a billing issue or question about a charge, please open a support ticket and our team will assist you. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.</p>
